One of our internationally renowned partners in the pharmaceutical industry is actively seeking a Compensation & Benefits Expert in the Brussels region.

As part of this vision, the HR team is looking for an expert in Compensation & Benefits to lead the salary and rewards management strategy.
Your role? You will implement the most effective compensation strategy to attract and retain talent through an equitable, transparent, and competitive salary policy. Operating both locally and internationally, you will ensure consistency in salary and compensation policies across the organization.
Comp&Ben Expert | Function
- Compensation & Benefits Strategy: Aligning with the company’s global vision, you will manage salary and compensation policies for the Belgian and Luxembourg entities.
- Legal Expertise: Adapt compensation policies to changes in labor laws and closely monitor market trends to ensure competitive salary strategies.
- Meritocracy Policy: Develop and implement a consistent and uniform reward system that aligns with the group’s vision.
- Payroll Supervision: Oversee the work of the junior payroll officer and optimize payroll-related processes, including database and management tools.
Comp&Ben Expert | Profile
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Social Legislation, or Business Management, and at least 10 years of experience in Hard HR (Payroll or Compensation & Benefits management).
- Fluent in English, French, and Dutch, you are capable of operating at an international level.
- With strong knowledge of social law and labor legislation, you have a clear understanding of the pros and cons of various compensation tools and processes.
- IT-minded, with excellent analytical skills, you are meticulous and detail-oriented.
- A first experience in People Management is a must!
