Role
- Build and maintain a solutions knowledge base, define and configure incident templates, business rules, and categories to optimize helpdesk operations.
- Provide first-line curative support, ensuring proper installation, configuration, and hardening of workstations and IT equipment according to security policies.
- Report on support operations, suggest corrective actions, and document all support-related procedures.
- Coordinate the acquisition, installation, and commissioning of IT equipment, manage inventory, and oversee mobile and landline availability per the mobile policy.
- Process and track IT support tickets, providing on-site and remote assistance, and ensuring proper operation of IT equipment.
- Manage hardware procurement, inventory, and configuration (PCs, VoIP, printers, smartphones), including decommissioning and data destruction.
- Oversee mobile fleet management, liaise with telecom suppliers, and handle repairs and software configurations for mobile devices.
- Conduct annual inventory, track IT assets, calculate hardware replacement budgets, and manage CMDB updates.
- Implement security measures including GPO creation, MFA, BitLocker activation, BIOS Lock setup, and regular application updates and deployments.
