Our client, a top-tier Belgian law firm, is looking for a Dutch-speaking lawyer to join its Real Estate practice handling complex and multidisciplinary projects

Your duties and responsibilities

Assist clients in all stages of real estate projects, from structuring and drafting contracts to negotiation and dispute resolution.
Advise on various asset classes: retail, hospitality, office, industrial, logistics, and residential.
Collaborate with other departments on tax, urban planning, and financing aspects of transactions.
Participate in client meetings and gain hands-on experience from day one.
Contribute to the development and growth of the Real Estate practice.

Ideal profile

Experience: Junior lawyer or up to 2 years of experience in Real Estate or related areas (corporate, tax, construction).
Languages: Native Dutch speaker with excellent English and passive French.
Qualifications: Belgian Master in Law; a specialization in Real Estate or Property Law is an advantage.
