We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support managers and foster talent development within an innovative and fast-growing company in Brussels.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be at the heart of the company’s HR strategy, playing a key role in supporting teams and managers.

Role

Supporting managers in team development and performance management.
Leading training and talent development initiatives by identifying needs and selecting the best programs and providers.
Contributing to Talent Management, identifying high-potential employees, and promoting internal mobility.
Driving transformation and change management projects, supporting organizational evolution.
Acting as a true business partner, providing proactive HR expertise and tailored solutions to business challenges.

Profile

At least 5 years of experience in HR, with expertise in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and/or Performance Management.
Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with teams and leadership.
A proactive mindset with the ability to set priorities and drive transformation.
Knowledge of Belgian labor law (a plus).
Fluency in French and Dutch, with English as an advantage.
