As an HR Business Partner, you will be at the heart of the company’s HR strategy, playing a key role in supporting teams and managers.
Role
- Supporting managers in team development and performance management.
- Leading training and talent development initiatives by identifying needs and selecting the best programs and providers.
- Contributing to Talent Management, identifying high-potential employees, and promoting internal mobility.
- Driving transformation and change management projects, supporting organizational evolution.
- Acting as a true business partner, providing proactive HR expertise and tailored solutions to business challenges.
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with expertise in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and/or Performance Management.
- Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with teams and leadership.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to set priorities and drive transformation.
- Knowledge of Belgian labor law (a plus).
- Fluency in French and Dutch, with English as an advantage.
