Your duties and responsibilities
- Manage and lead complex commercial and corporate disputes.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the team.
- Work closely with other departments to deliver integrated advice.
- Maintain direct client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Ensure strategic and pragmatic solutions aligned with clients’ business goals.
Ideal profile
- Experience: At least 8 years as a Belgian-qualified lawyer in commercial & corporate dispute resolution.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
- Qualifications: Strong academic background and proven ability to manage files independently.
