Our partner, an international technology company, is looking for a Technical Lead to drive and elevate their critical IT operations.

In this strategic hands-on role, you will lead the day-to-day activities of the TechOps and Internal IT teams, ensuring operational excellence, infrastructure reliability, and seamless service delivery across mission-critical environments.

Technical Lead - Tasks & Responsibilities

Lead TechOps and Internal IT operations ensuring service continuity, operational excellence, and incident management
Manage and evolve highly available Linux infrastructures across datacenters and cloud environments
Drive automation, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and CI/CD practices using tools like Ansible and Terraform
Oversee DNS platforms, registry services, networking, security, and infrastructure resilience
Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Technical Lead - Who Are You

6+ years of experience in Linux infrastructure, TechOps, or system engineering environments
Strong expertise in RHEL, virtualization, containers, Kubernetes, networking, and distributed systems
Proven experience leading technical teams in complex production environments
Hands-on mindset with solid knowledge of automation, observability, and operational best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with fluent English
