As a Business Manager

• Map your market, identify decision-makers and pick up the phone
• Build your client portfolio through cold calling, networking and long-term nurturing
• Pitch, negotiate and close : you own the full sales cycle
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to signed contract
• Hit your personal billing targets consistently

As a Team Lead

• Coach and develop junior and medior consultants on a daily basis
• Support your team on client meetings, candidate assessments and deal negotiations
• Create an environment where people perform at their best and grow fast
• Contribute to hiring decisions and onboarding of new team members
• Participate in Sander's commercial strategy in Brussels

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, agency-side
• Strong personal billing track record
• Natural leader : people follow you because they want to, not because they have to
• Commercially driven and comfortable with ambiguity
• Bilingual French & English (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree minimum
