At Sander, we are redefining how companies identify and recruit top talent in the fields of finance, human resources, and technology. With rapid growth on the horizon, we plan to double our workforce in 2025, reaching a dynamic team of 60 employees.
To achieve this ambitious goal, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to play a pivotal role in expanding our team and leading our recruitment and onboarding strategy.
Your main responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment cycle across the group: from receiving applications to onboarding, including selection, interviews, and offer management.
- Work closely with the management to understand the specific needs of each division and design tailored recruitment strategies based on priority hiring goals.
- Develop and optimize efficient sourcing channels: candidate sourcing, school relations, recruitment campaigns, and more.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, embodying our values and mission throughout the process.
- Build and streamline HR processes to support rapid and sustainable growth.
- Manage internal communication and collaboration across our three offices in Brussels, Antwerp, and Paris.
Your profile
- Previous recruitment experience is a plus, ideally in a high-growth environment like a startup.
- Strong ability to structure and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous, proactive, and results driven. Able to manage high recruitment volumes efficiently.
- Passionate about people and talent development.
- Trilingual: Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
