• Lead the full recruitment cycle across the group: from receiving applications to onboarding, including selection, interviews, and offer management.
• Work closely with the management to understand the specific needs of each division and design tailored recruitment strategies based on priority hiring goals.
• Develop and optimize efficient sourcing channels: candidate sourcing, school relations, recruitment campaigns, and more.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, embodying our values and mission throughout the process.
• Build and streamline HR processes to support rapid and sustainable growth.
• Manage internal communication and collaboration across our three offices in Brussels, Antwerp, and Paris.

• Previous recruitment experience is a plus, ideally in a high-growth environment like a startup.
• Strong ability to structure and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, and results driven. Able to manage high recruitment volumes efficiently.
• Passionate about people and talent development.
• Trilingual: Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
