Support Engineer - Tasks & Responsibilities

Provide first-line support to French and Dutch-speaking clients
Support customers with business-related and financial requests such as inheritance management, portfolio transfers, and investment-related inquiries
Understand client needs and provide professional, solution-oriented assistance
Manage and follow up support tickets and incidents while ensuring SLA compliance
Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to guarantee efficient issue resolution
Participate in operational support activities related to infrastructure and internal systems
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and user experience

Support Engineer - Profile

Fluent in French and Dutch, both spoken and written
Strong interest in stock markets, finance, trading, and investment products
Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or IT support is considered a plus
Business-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of IT environments, ticketing systems, and support processes
Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
Proactive, analytical, and solution-driven personality
