Our partner is a fast-growing technology company operating in the connectivity and managed network services space. As their activities continue to expand, they are looking for a Support Engineer to join their technical team. 🤝

This is more than a traditional support role: it’s a great opportunity for someone with a technical mindset who wants to develop a career in networking, gain practical experience with different technologies, and progressively specialize in areas such as VPN, WAN, routing and SD-WAN.

Support Engineer - Your day to day

Provide 1st & 2nd line technical support to customers via phone and ticketing systems.
Configure and prepare network equipment and routers for new deployments.
Monitor network environments and proactively identify and resolve connectivity issues.
Manage equipment inventory and ensure accurate tracking of technical assets.
Participate in an on-call rotation to support customers and maintain high service availability.
Support on-site installations for new deployments across different environments and locations.

Support Engineer - More about you

Some practical knowledge of networking fundamentals, such as VLANs, VPNs, WAN/LAN, IP routing or basic firewall configuration.
You may be junior or at the start of your career — motivation and technical curiosity are more important than extensive experience.
A strong interest in Networking & Connectivity, with the ambition to develop deeper expertise in technologies such as SD-WAN and SDN.
A customer-oriented mindset and a genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality support experience.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; a good level of French is a plus.
A proactive, hands-on personality with a genuine appetite for learning and solving technical challenges.
