As the company continues to grow, we're looking for a Support Engineer eager to develop technical expertise, deliver outstanding customer support, and work with innovative networking technologies in a collaborative environment.

Support Engineer - Tasks & Responsibilities

Provide 1st & 2nd line technical support via phone and ticketing system.
Configure and prepare network devices before customer deployment.
Monitor the network infrastructure and proactively identify potential issues.
Manage hardware inventory and ensure equipment readiness.
Support on-site installations for customer deployments when required.
Participate in an on-call rotation to help deliver high service availability.

Support Engineer - It's a match if

Has a good understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, VPNs, WAN/LAN, and basic firewall configuration.
Is eager to learn modern technologies such as SD-WAN, SDN, and hybrid connectivity.
Demonstrates excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Is proactive, curious, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Speaks French and English fluently; Dutch is a strong advantage.
Holds a driving licence or is willing to travel occasionally for customer installations.
