Service Desk Engineer - The Job

Provide customer support via phone and ticketing system (1st & 2nd line)
Prepare orders and configure routers for deployment
Manage inventory and network equipment
Monitor the network proactively to prevent issues
Handle site installations for new provisioning, including retail, construction sites, and events

Service Desk Engineer - The Profile

Practical knowledge of VLAN, VPN, WAN interfaces, LAN design/implementation, IP routing, basic firewall configuration, and mobile technologies (3G/4G/5G, satellite)
Strong customer care skills and pride in ensuring customer satisfaction
High motivation to learn cutting-edge technologies (SDWAN, SDN) and implement innovative solutions such as 4G bonding, mobile VPNs, and hybrid deployments
Strong communication skills in French and English; basic Dutch is a plus
