Your duties and responsibilities

You will intervene on a broad range of Corporate & Commercial law matters, including:

Corporate governance, day-to-day corporate advice and company law
M&A transactions, restructurings and share deals
Legal due diligences and transaction support
Drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements and governance documents
Capital increases, entry/exit of shareholders and reorganisation projects
Commercial contracts (services, partnerships, strategic agreements)
Managing files autonomously while collaborating closely with partners and peers

Ideal profile?

Experience: minimum 5 years’ experience in Corporate and/or Commercial law (law firm background)
Languages: fluent French and English; good working knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset
Qualifications: Belgian-qualified lawyer with strong technical skills and client-oriented mindset
