Our client is a leading Belgian business law firm looking for a senior Commercial Lawyer to support the rapid growth of its Technology & Digital practice.

Your duties and responsibilities?
You will join the Commercial & Technology team and advise clients on a broad range of commercial and digital matters, including:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Advising clients on technology, AI and digital services matters
- Supporting innovative and fast-growing businesses on strategic projects
- Managing client relationships autonomously
- Working closely with partners on complex Belgian and international files
- Contributing to the further development of the practice
Ideal profile?
- 5–7 years of experience in Commercial / Technology law within a law firm
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Master’s degree in Law with a strong business-oriented mindset
