Your responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate complex technology and commercial agreements.
Advise clients on AI, GDPR, data protection and emerging technologies.
Assist clients with the implementation of new digital regulations.
Lead and mentor junior lawyers while managing complex files.
Build long-term client relationships and contribute to the development of the practice.

Ideal Profile

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Technology, IT and Data Law.
You hold a Belgian Master's degree in Law; an LL.M. in IP/ICT Law is a plus.
You have solid expertise in IT contracts, GDPR and data protection.
You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
You are entrepreneurial, pragmatic and enjoy mentoring junior colleagues.
