We are currently seeking a Senior General Ledger Accountant for a fast-growing international company.

Role
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of general ledger accounts in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation while maintaining strong internal controls
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax filings
- Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process
- Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Contribute to strategic financial projects, supporting the company’s expansion and digital transformation
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, acting as a key reference for financial best practices
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting, ideally in a multinational and industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS & local GAAP, with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in English & French (additional languages are a plus)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
