Your duties and responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day accounting and financial administration.
Prepare and issue sales invoices and process purchase invoices.
Execute and reconcile payments and financial transactions.
Prepare quotations and support pricing activities.
Monitor costs, revenues and profitability, providing clear financial insights.
Advise management on pricing strategies and financial optimisation opportunities.
Liaise with the external accounting firm and prepare documentation for VAT, annual accounts and tax reporting.
Contribute to improving financial processes and supporting the company's continued growth.

Ideal profile

Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in an SME or family-owned business, with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
Languages: Fluent Dutch, with a professional level of French and English.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Experience with accounting software (such as Adsolut or similar ERP systems) is an asset.
