Network Field Engineer - The Job

Serve as the first point of contact for clients in the field, ensuring an excellent experience.
Support clients with network and telecom solutions, resolving issues promptly.
Configure and maintain firewalls to secure network traffic, including rule creation, NAT, VPNs, and intrusion prevention.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance across L2 and L3 devices.
Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps according to IT best practices.
Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to strengthen team performance.

Network Field Engineer - Your Profile

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the Network & Telecom field.
Proven expertise in network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and client support.
Trilingual (English, French, and Dutch), with excellent communication skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships while supporting colleagues.
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with a collaborative mindset.
