Your responsibilities

Advising Belgian and international clients on corporate governance and strategic decisions
Managing domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
Assisting private equity and venture capital players on investments and exits
Coordinating with international offices on multi-jurisdictional transactions
Progressively managing files independently under partner supervision

Ideal Profile

3 to 8 years of experience in Corporate and M&A within a reputable business law firm
Excellent command of English and at least one Belgian national language
Belgian Master in Law with strong academic results
