Your responsabilities
• Advise clients on commercial contracts and a broad range of advisory matters
• Work on data protection, privacy, and digital law issues (GDPR, AI Act, Data Act, NIS2, DORA)
• Collaborate closely with the Brussels team and colleagues across the Netherlands and the wider international network
• Support clients on regulatory and cybersecurity matters, including contentious work before authorities and courts
• Contribute to cross-border projects and participate in joint team initiatives
Ideal profile
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial or contract law, ideally under Belgian law
• Knowledge of GDPR and data law, with a strong interest in developing further expertise in this field
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (ideally both)
