Sander is a specialist recruitment agency covering Finance, Technology, HR & Legal. With 45+ people across Brussels, Antwerp and Paris, we've placed 600+ profiles and built lasting partnerships with companies from startups to multinationals. We're now looking for two Managing Advisors to take ownership of existing markets and scale them.
Your Mission
You step into an established market with an existing client base and take full ownership of its growth. You redevelop relationships, expand the network and build the team around you.
- Take over and actively redevelop an existing client portfolio
- Identify growth opportunities and reactivate dormant accounts
- Run senior-level recruitment mandates end-to-end: briefing, sourcing, presenting, closing
- Expand the candidate network and build strategic talent pipelines
- Manage and mentor junior consultants within your team
- Contribute to Sander's positioning as a go-to recruitment partner in Brussels
Your Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, agency-side
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
Leadership experience or strong appetite to manage a team
Bilingual French & English (mandatory), Dutch is a plus
Bachelor's degree minimum
Entrepreneurial, driven and comfortable taking ownership from day one
