Your responsibilities
- Advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters within the life sciences sector.
- Assist with transactions involving pharmaceutical, biotech, MedTech and HealthTech companies.
- Advise on data protection aspects of corporate transactions, including GDPR compliance and personal data flows.
- Work on R&D collaborations, licensing arrangements and cross-border transactions.
- Help clients navigate the legal challenges arising from the intersection of corporate law and data privacy.
Ideal profile
- You hold a Belgian Master's degree in Law, with excellent academic results.
- You have 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate law, ideally with exposure to life sciences, technology or data privacy.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
- You have a genuine interest in developing expertise in the life sciences and GDPR fields.
- Experience in an internationally oriented law firm, multinational company or research institution is an asset.
