Junior System Administrator - The Role

Provide L2/L3 support for servers, systems, and enterprise applications
Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, escalations, and performance issues
Manage and maintain Windows and/or Linux server environments
Monitor system performance, backups, and security processes
Support virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud environments
Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure system reliability
Participate in system upgrades, patching, and infrastructure projects
Maintain clear documentation of incidents, configurations, and procedures

Junior System Administrator - The Profile

Minimum 4 years of experience in System Administration or L2/L3 IT Support
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing basics)
Experience working with ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage priorities and work both independently and in a team
Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
Fluent in English
