Your responsibilities
- Advise clients on public procurement procedures, concessions and public-private partnerships.
- Assist public and private sector clients throughout tender processes and contract execution.
- Draft legal opinions, contracts and procedural documents.
- Conduct legal research and monitor legislative developments in public and administrative law.
- Support clients in contentious and non-contentious public law matters.
- Contribute to the development of the practice and maintain strong client relationships.
Ideal profile
- Master's degree in Law with strong academic results.
- Admitted to the Bar or up to 1 year of professional experience.
- Strong interest in public procurement, concessions and PPPs.
- Native-level French with a good command of Dutch and/or English.
