Your responsibilities

Assist clients during tax audits, investigations and dawn raids
Represent and support clients in tax litigation proceedings before Belgian courts
Negotiate with tax authorities on complex tax disputes and settlements
Advise clients on tax risk management and dispute prevention strategies
Draft procedural documents, legal opinions and litigation submissions

Ideal Profile

Belgian Master of Law with strong academic background
Additional degree in Tax Law is mandatory
1 to 3 years of experience in litigation and/or tax law
Fluent in Dutch and English; French is considered an asset
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and interest in contentious tax matters
