You will join a highly regarded Employment, Pensions & Benefits team where you will be mentored by experienced practitioners and progressively take ownership of challenging advisory work.
Your duties & responsibilities
- Advise Belgian and international clients on a broad range of employment, pensions and employee benefits matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate employment-related documentation and legal opinions.
- Assist clients with day-to-day HR and employment law questions as well as strategic projects.
- Support clients on pension schemes, employee benefits and social security matters.
- Monitor legal developments and translate them into practical advice.
- Contribute to client seminars, legal publications and business development initiatives.
- Work closely with colleagues across different practice areas on multidisciplinary matters.
Ideal profile
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Employment Law, with an interest or first exposure to Pensions & Benefits.
- Languages: Native Dutch with a good command of French and excellent English.
- Qualifications: Belgian Master's Degree in Law; an LL.M. or additional postgraduate qualification is considered an asset.
