Your responsibilities

Advise on double tax treaties, particularly regarding tax residence and taxing rights.
Analyse and structure remuneration arrangements within corporate groups.
Assist with the development of equity incentive plans.
Handle tax audits and tax proceedings, providing tailored advice to clients.
Coordinate clients' global tax positions with international colleagues.
Assist with relevant contract negotiations and other tax-related matters.

Ideale profile

Master's degree in Law, Business Administration or Economics. Additional tax studies or relevant Belgian and international personal income tax experience are considered an asset.
Ambitious, goal-oriented and curious, with strong communication skills and excellent language proficiency in Dutch or French and English.
Discreet, detail-oriented and creative, with an interest in AI applications and a strong digital mindset.
