Infrastructure & Operations Lead - Your Role

Lead the daily operations of TechOps and Internal IT teams, ensuring service continuity and operational reliability
Coordinate infrastructure initiatives, operational priorities, incident management, and escalation processes across critical environments
Contribute hands-on to the evolution of Linux-based production infrastructures, virtualization platforms, container environments, and private cloud solutions
Drive automation, monitoring, observability, and Infrastructure as Code practices using tools such as Ansible and Terraform
Oversee DNS, networking, database, and security-related operations while ensuring compliance with operational and resilience standards
Promote collaboration across infrastructure, software engineering, security, and architecture teams while driving continuous operational improvement

Infrastructure & Operations Lead - Your Profile

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field
Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role
Proven experience leading infrastructure or operational teams within complex production environments
Strong background in Linux administration, cloud infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and operational delivery
Experience with automation, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring platforms, and distributed infrastructure environments
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in English with the ability to create structure, accountability, and operational clarity across teams
