Our partner, an international technology-driven organization, is looking for a Head of DevOps to lead their DevOps strategy, infrastructure evolution, and platform reliability across highly available systems supporting business-critical services.

Head of DevOps - Role

Lead the DevOps function, defining and driving strategy across cloud and on-prem environments
Oversee design, deployment, and operations of highly available Linux-based hybrid infrastructures
Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and CI/CD using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps practices
Manage AWS/Azure/GCP platforms alongside on-prem datacenter infrastructure
Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and strong observability (monitoring, logging, incident response)
Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and IT to align infrastructure with business needs
Drive continuous improvement, DevOps culture, and operational maturity across teams
Lead decisions on containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration strategies

Head of DevOps - Profile

5–10 years of experience in DevOps, Linux engineering, system administration, or infrastructure roles
Proven experience in hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem)
Strong expertise in Linux systems (RHEL-based environments preferred)
Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, networking, and distributed systems
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
Previous experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role
Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
Strong communication and leadership skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and performance
