Finance Manager | Manufacturing | Hainaut

We are actively looking for a Finance Manager for one of our clients active in the manufacturing industry and located in the Hainaut.

This is a strategic finance role with international exposure, bridging local operations and US corporate functions. The role is key in driving performance through working capital management, WIP and inventory valuation, and overhead control, while also overseeing audits, banking relationships. It offers a strong mix of operational impact and leadership, with direct involvement in business decision-making.

Function:

Conduct reporting and act as main link with US group
Lead monthly, quarterly and year-end closing
Handle budgeting and forecasting
Drive financial analysis and inventory valuation
Oversee audits, banking relationships
Manage a human-size finance team and support decision-making

Profile:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Fluent in French and English
You have already worked with US GAAP
You are agile and able to adapt quickly in a small, family-style environment
You are a strong team player with a collaborative mindset
You are a clear communicator with a natural ability to explain and support others
