A prestigious international financial institution is currently looking for a CPrivate Banker to strengthen its Private Banking activities in Brussels.
This role is designed for an entrepreneurial and relationship-driven professional with strong expertise in wealth management and a proven ability to develop and manage high-net-worth client relationships.
Role
As a trusted advisor to wealthy private clients, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals while delivering tailor-made wealth management solutions.
You will combine business development, investment advisory, and relationship management skills to provide a holistic approach covering investments, lending, wealth structuring, and banking services.
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Develop and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market visibility
- Build long-term relationships based on trust and high-quality service
Wealth Management Advisory
- Advise clients on investments, asset allocation, portfolio construction, financing solutions, and broader wealth planning topics
- Analyze clients’ objectives and financial situations to propose tailored strategies
- Ensure solutions remain aligned with short-, medium-, and long-term client goals
Client Relationship Management
- Deliver a premium and highly personalized client experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding financial and investment matters
- Maintain regular follow-up and proactively identify opportunities or risks
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with internal specialists across investments, credit, wealth planning, and trust services
- Collaborate with other senior advisors to maximize team performance and client coverage
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management policies
- Maintain high ethical standards and a strong sense of client confidentiality
Profile
Education & Experience
- Significant experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or a related financial advisory environment
- Strong track record in developing relationships with high-net-worth individuals
- Experience in business development and client acquisition
Technical Knowledge
- Good understanding of:
- investment management
- asset allocation
- portfolio construction
- lending and banking solutions
- wealth and estate planning concepts
- CFA or equivalent qualification is considered a plus
Languages
- Fluent in English, French, and Dutch
