Role
Your duties and responsibilities
- Advise on EU chemicals regulatory frameworks including REACH, CLP and related legislation
- Develop regulatory strategies before EU institutions and national authorities
- Represent and assist clients in litigation before national courts and the EU Courts
- Monitor legislative and policy developments and translate them into strategic advice
- Support clients on EU-wide compliance, enforcement and market access challenges
Profile
Ideal Profile
- You have 2 to 3 years of experience in EU regulatory law, ideally chemicals or life sciences related
- You are admitted to an EU Bar and have outstanding command of English
- You hold a strong EU law background, preferably with an LL.M. or experience within EU institutions
