Role

Your Duties and Responsibilities

Advise leading Belgian and international organisations on complex individual and collective Employment Law matters
Support restructurings, reorganisations, collective dismissals and the employment aspects of corporate transactions
Handle strategic advisory matters alongside sensitive employment disputes and litigation
Work directly with legal departments, HR teams and senior stakeholders on business-critical employment questions
Coordinate with international colleagues on sophisticated cross-border projects and contribute to the continued growth of the practice

Profile

Ideal Profile

You have between 1 and 6 years of experience in Employment Law, ideally gained within a recognised law firm or similarly sophisticated legal environment
You are a native Dutch speaker, with excellent English and a strong professional command of French
You hold a Belgian Master’s degree in Law and combine strong academics with sharp analytical and drafting skills, commercial judgement and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
