Your responsibilities
- Advising companies and corporate groups on litigation and insolvency matters
- Taking ownership of files under the supervision of partners and senior associates
- Drafting procedural documents and developing litigation strategies
- Participating actively in client meetings and hearings
- Contributing to the development of the dispute resolution practice
Ideal Profile
- Master in Law from a Belgian university with strong academic results
- Strong interest in corporate litigation and insolvency law
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
