Your responsibilities

Advise Belgian and international clients on a broad range of Corporate and M&A matters.
Assist on domestic and cross-border transactions, working alongside colleagues across the firm's international network.
Contribute to complex transactions involving M&A, private equity, strategic investments and corporate matters.
Work with clients operating in highly regulated sectors, including financial services, technology, energy and infrastructure, and healthcare.
Support clients throughout the various stages of sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Ideale profile

Belgian-qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of experience in Corporate/M&A, ideally gained within an international or leading law firm.
Strong interest in complex transactional work and an internationally oriented mindset.
Fluent in English, with strong French and/or Dutch skills suitable for the Belgian market.
