Your responsabilities
• Advise clients on IT, data protection, intellectual property, and general commercial law matters
• Assist clients with drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, general terms, distribution and licensing agreements
• Handle matters related to unfair competition, market practices, and consumer protection
• Participate in cross-disciplinary projects combining IT, e-commerce, telecom, and EU regulatory developments
• Draft legal notes, contracts, and client correspondence in French, Dutch, and English
• Collaborate closely with team members on national and international files
Ideal profile
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial law with an interest in the IT sector
• Holds a law degree with strong academic results
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with a strong command of English and a good knowledge of the other national language (FR/NL)
