CFO & Controlling | Management
Take the lead on Finance across four countries, combining international management, business partnering and process improvement.
Our partner is a global industrial group specialising in the design and delivery of customised technical equipment and installations. Operating across multiple continents, the organisation combines an international footprint with a strong project-driven and engineering-focused environment.
To support the further development of its international hub, the company is looking for a Financial Controller / CFO who will oversee Finance across several countries, lead a team of local controllers and act as a key business partner to the Managing Director.
CFO & Controlling | Role
- Oversee Finance and Accounting activities across entities in Belgium, Argentina, Brazil and South Africa;
- Consolidate financial information, analyse performance and translate variances into actionable recommendations;
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, cash management, tax, audits and statutory reporting;
- Lead, coach and develop an international team of controllers and accounting professionals;
- Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve Finance processes, systems and ways of working.
CFO & Controlling | Profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent and bring around 10 years of progressive Finance experience, including financial leadership responsibilities;
- You combine strong technical Finance and Accounting expertise with proven people management experience; previous exposure to an industrial, project-based or international environment is a strong advantage;
- You are fluent in English, comfortable with Excel and ERP systems, and able to work effectively across different countries and cultures; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset.
