BI Engineer - The Role

Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines for reporting and analytics.
Manage and optimize databases, ensuring high data quality and performance (SQL expertise required).
Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, providing actionable insights to business teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
Troubleshoot data issues and implement process improvements to streamline operations.

BI Engineer - The Profile

Strong experience in SQL and Power BI; experience with WMS or retail systems is a plus.
Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and database management.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
