Automation Engineer - What's The Job About

Drive automated reliability: design, implement, and maintain automated workflows, pipelines, and infrastructure to maximize operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
Lead project ownership: take charge of critical automation initiatives, shaping how systems are deployed, monitored, and maintained across production environments.

Automation Engineer - Who Are You

Experienced in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure automation with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Skilled at building CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and GitOps-driven workflows.
Hands-on with containers and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm) and comfortable in cloud and on-prem environments.
Strong communicator and team player, able to lead initiatives and collaborate across disciplines to embed reliability and automation best practices.
Security-conscious, familiar with IAM, secrets management, secure coding, and modern security frameworks.
Tech Skills : programming (Python, Java, C/C++), database management (SQL/NoSQL), distributed systems, and performance testing - it's a plus.
English and French speaker.
