Your responsibilities
- Advise on Belgian and international tax aspects of M&A and restructuring transactions.
- Work on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Develop tailored solutions alongside clients and colleagues.
Ideale profile
- Master of Laws with strong academic results.
- Around 3 years of tax law experience, ideally with exposure to M&A and restructuring.
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent English.
- Proactive, collaborative and client-oriented mindset.
