Your responsibilities

Advise clients on lease law, real estate transactions and project development.
Assist clients on planning, environmental, construction and energy law matters.
Handle real estate disputes and litigation.
Draft and negotiate contracts, legal opinions and procedural documents.
Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects with colleagues across different practice areas.

Let's talk about you

You have 4 to 6 years of experience in Real Estate Law.
You hold a Belgian Master's degree in Law. An additional qualification or international experience is a plus.
You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
You combine strong analytical and drafting skills with a pragmatic, client-oriented mindset.
