Your responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating IP, ICT, data and commercial agreements (licensing, co-development, e-commerce, partnerships)
- Structuring and negotiating IP monetisation transactions
- Supporting due diligence processes involving innovative tech companies
- Advising on partnership and collaboration models
- Managing projects and client relationships in a fast-paced setting
Ideal Profile
- Belgian Master in Law with strong academic credentials
- 2–3 years of experience in IP, IT and commercial law
- Strong interest in tech, innovation and data-driven transactions
- Autonomous, proactive and team-oriented
