Your responsibilities
- Advising on Foreign Direct Investment screening procedures in Belgium and across jurisdictions
- Coordinating multi-jurisdictional regulatory filings and risk assessments
- Assisting on EU competition and broader regulatory matters
- Supporting proceedings before national and EU courts where relevant
- Working closely with clients on strategic investment and compliance issues
Ideal Profile
- 2 to 5 years of experience in FDI, EU Regulatory or Competition Law
- Native French or Dutch speaker with excellent English
- Belgian Master in Law with strong academic record
