Your responsibilities

Advise clients on Corporate / M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions.
Draft, review and negotiate transactional documentation.
Assist clients throughout negotiations and corporate restructurings.
Build trusted client relationships and provide pragmatic legal solutions.
Contribute to the firm's visibility through publications, seminars and networking events.

Ideal Profile

You hold a Belgian Master's degree in Law, ideally with a focus on Corporate Law.
You have at least 4 years of experience in Corporate / M&A.
You are fluent in Dutch and English, with a good command of French.
You are entrepreneurial, proactive and enjoy working as part of a team.
