Your responsibilities

Advise clients on banking and finance law, including regulatory and compliance matters.
Assist with complex financial transactions and analyse and draft financing documentation.
Draft, review and negotiate financial agreements and other related contracts.
Advise clients on regulatory developments and compliance requirements.
Represent clients in negotiations and, where relevant, litigation proceedings.
Work closely with colleagues and clients on complex legal and financial matters.

About you

You hold a Belgian Master’s degree in Law, preferably with strong academic results. Additional legal training is an asset.
You have ideally 3–4 years of relevant experience in Banking & Finance, although candidates with slightly less experience are also encouraged to apply.
You have a good knowledge of banking law and financial regulations.
You are fluent in Dutch, with a very good command of French and English.
