Your responsibilities
- Advising on recruitment, reward structures and termination matters
- Assisting on global restructuring projects and employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Handling employment litigation before tribunals and courts
- Supporting clients on D&I, whistleblowing, data protection and worker representation issues
- Advising on international mobility, social security and workplace protection matters
Ideal Profile
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Employment Law
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, good knowledge of French being a plus
- Belgian Master in Law with strong academic results, LL.M. being an asset
