Your responsibilities

Advising on recruitment, reward structures and termination matters
Assisting on global restructuring projects and employment aspects of corporate transactions
Handling employment litigation before tribunals and courts
Supporting clients on D&I, whistleblowing, data protection and worker representation issues
Advising on international mobility, social security and workplace protection matters

Ideal Profile

0 to 3 years of experience in Employment Law
Excellent command of Dutch and English, good knowledge of French being a plus
Belgian Master in Law with strong academic results, LL.M. being an asset
