Your responsibilities

Advising on complex banking and finance transactions, including debt and structured finance operations
Assisting on debt capital markets matters and programme-related issuances
Supporting fund formation and sophisticated financial structuring projects
Providing financial regulatory advice while collaborating with European offices on cross-border mandates

Ideal Profile

2 to 6 years of experience in Banking & Finance within a reputable law firm
Native French or Dutch speaker with strong command of the other national language and excellent English
Master in Belgian Law with excellent academic results, international exposure (LL.M., secondment or additional degree) being a plus
