Your responsibilities

Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
Advising on complex commercial disputes and strategic business situations
Assisting clients on ICT-related matters and data protection (GDPR) issues
Supporting innovative clients in regulated sectors such as pharma, agri and food
Collaborating closely with colleagues across practice areas on multidisciplinary matters

Ideal Profile

2 to 5 years of experience in Commercial Law, with exposure or strong interest in ICT/Data Protection
Fluent in Dutch with strong command of English and French
Belgian Master in Law, international experience being an asset
