Your duties and responsibilities?

Verify, process and post incoming supplier invoices accurately and within deadlines
Follow up on invoice approval workflows and ensure outstanding items are properly monitored
Prepare and issue customer invoices and manage customer accounts
Monitor AP ageing, follow up on outstanding receivables and manage payment reminders
Reconcile AP and AR accounts, investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate accounting records
Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable and receivable
Manage intercompany transactions and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues
Contribute to process improvements and support the accounting team with ad hoc activities when required

Ideal Profile

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in AP/AR accounting or a similar accounting position, ideally within an international or multi-entity environment
Languages: Native-level French or Dutch, with at least B2 proficiency in the other national language and English
Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, with hands-on experience using SAP or another ERP system and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
