Your responsibilities
- Advise and represent clients on patent, trade secrets, trademark and design matters.
- Handle IP litigation and complex cross-border disputes.
- Draft and negotiate R&D, technology transfer and other IP agreements.
- Collaborate with the IT & Data team on multidisciplinary technology projects.
- Contribute to the further growth and visibility of the IP practice.
Ideal Profile
- You have 4 to 8 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law.
- You have strong expertise in patents and trade secrets; trademark and copyright experience is a plus.
- You hold a Belgian Master's degree in Law with strong academic results.
- You are a native French or Dutch speaker with an excellent command of English and a good knowledge of the other national language.
- You are entrepreneurial, client-oriented and thrive in an international environment.
